How We Make Medicare Simple

Choosing the right Medicare coverage can feel overwhelming — but it doesn’t have to be.

We walk you through your options step-by-step, help you avoid costly mistakes, and make sure you feel confident in your decision.

No pressure. No confusion. Just clear guidance.

Initial Discussion

Here we’ll find out if a client is eligible for Medicare (turning 65, retiring soon, and other circumstances).

Schedule Meeting

During this meeting, we’ll provide a brief Medicare overview and discuss your healthcare and coverage needs. We’ll review your doctors, prescriptions, preferred pharmacy, budget, and coverage priorities to help identify suitable plan options. Once you feel confident in your choice, we can assist you with completing the enrollment application.

Ongoing Review

An annual review of the client’s policy is done so we can make sure all labs, doctor appointments, vaccines, etc., are covered from year to year.

What does the initial meeting look like?

Once determining a client is eligible for Medicare and is in need of our services we’ll do a short Medicare 101 with them. This takes about ten minutes where an agent will explain the four parts of Medicare, A, B, C, and D, how each part works, what it costs, and what kind of copays there are.

Then we talk about the ways one can supplement Medicare (Advantage or Medigap) making everything simple and understandable. Medicare doesn’t cover everything so everyone gets some sort of additional insurance. Then we’ll do some data collection. This includes looking up current doctors and medications to make sure whatever plan you choose has those docs and meds covered.

Once you’ve selected the coverage that best fits your needs, we can help you complete the enrollment application. There is no additional cost to work with Harbor Crest Advisors. We represent multiple insurance organizations and provide clear, personalized guidance so you can make an informed decision with confidence. We’ll continue to be available as your Medicare resource after enrollment. We’d like to be your advocate.
